This airy 1940's home in the heart of Midtown is close to anything you need. The large yard and great back porch with grill and outdoor seating/lighting is perfect for relaxing after a long day.The home has a door code on front, so no need to mess with keys. There is no carpet in the home and original refurbished hardwood floors are throughout the home. No need to worry about the humidity in Tallahassee- a whole house dehumidifier keeps the home cool and dry.There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a separate office with bookshelves. It's a great work from home space.Our yard team comes by every two weeks. The closets have extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom linen closet has extra towels, washcloths, and hand towels. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub.Washer/Dryer are located on the back patio. Owner Storage:The closet in the office is for owner storage and is locked. That is the only locked area of the house.
