The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed to cook meals: convection/toaster oven, sink, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, and a large fridge and freezer with an ice maker, and there is a grill and smoker outside. The cottage includes use of a shared space laundry room, which is accessed via the primary tenant's carport area of the main house. An additional perk is the use of some of the kayaks, canoe, and bikes. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. The cottage is located less than 3.5 miles from the capitol, FSU, and TMH.
