I live at the end of the Cul-de-sac and it's very quiet and the back yard backs up to a park where wildlife wonders up in the yard. Many hiking trails, kayaking and beautiful beaches nearby. Very close to local restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Full use of shared kitchen and laundry facilities with driveway parking. I do prefer there is no smoking.
