Just .3 miles from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, Chez Kat is a French-themed Tiny House nestled in my back yard, shaded by a century oak in a quiet historic neighborhood known as Lafayette Park in Midtown Tallahassee. It has a private entrance off the side street, Crestview. It is fully furnished with everything you need for a mid-term stay including internet, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, twin trundle beds, desk, dining table and chairs, kitchenette, full bath, and all linens. It is the perfect self-contained unit ready for your peaceful relaxation after a hard days (or nights) work.
The 32 LED Smart TV is mounted with a swivel mount on the wall. It is connected to Wi-Fi and operated with a remote you will find on the dining table. Sign into your own channels or use the channels that are preprogrammed into it.
The bed is a trundle daybed that sleeps 2 and has a twin mattress upstairs in the loft for a very small person. Kitchenette with convection oven, hotplate, microwave and keurig, along with dishes and pots and pans makes it ideal for long stays.
Quiet older neighborhood in the historic Mid Town area of Tallahassee. Centrally located. Tiny House is accessed from side-street, in a private backyard, sheltered by 85 year old oak tree.
