I live on this property with my family, you will hear and see us living in on our property, as well as other rented rooms. Because my children and I live in the same home, you will hear us moving around upstairs. This is not a good fit for someone who is sensitive to noises above them. Quiet hours from 8:30-8:30 are important as many guests on the property are working professionals working evening hours. My homeowners insurance does not allow me to rent to anyone with these dog breeds. I live on the property and will see your pets.
