I had a spontaneous work assignment in West Palm for a month and required a comfortable place to stay. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right from the moment I landed. Although the building is quite large, I appreciated the thorough tour provided, which helped me settle in quickly. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, and everything was in great working order and spotless.
We had a fantastic time at this property, which was perfect for our family gathering. I would definitely recommend booking here, but do check that the pool has been recently maintained before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool wasn't in the best condition and needed some attention. The management has since taken care of this with the pool service. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our concerns. Truly a wonderful host!
I would give the host a full five stars based solely on their excellent service. However, there were a few issues with the unit itself that were not the host's doing. One bathroom had a malfunctioning faucet that the host promptly arranged to fix. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. The towels provided were not of the highest quality and could use an upgrade. Overall, a great stay with a few minor improvements needed.
We just arrived after our flight landed around 1 PM, expecting to have some lunch before checking in at 4 PM. However, when we arrived at 4, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still finishing up. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, we still hadn't received a response. We inquired again at 7:02 PM, but were only told that someone would inform us shortly. Ultimately, we were finally able to access the property at around 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still in the property laying new tile. They were cutting tile until roughly 9:30 PM, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, there was a used toilet and sink along with a plunger left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no acknowledgment or apology from the host regarding these inconveniences. I requested some compensation for the late check-in and ongoing problems, but was told the host needed to check with the owners and I never received a follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

The living room was spacious and inviting, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. It was an ideal retreat for restful nights.
This property was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, and the comfort level was just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. I'd definitely consider booking here again in the future. One small note: the appearance of the apartment varied slightly from the photos, but it was still a lovely place.
The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes walking, just 5 minutes by car). The room was rather small, furnished with only a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price point, I found it quite unreasonable. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund in line with Airbnb's policy, but I feel that over $300 is excessive for what this space has to offer. I hope they can offer a more reasonable price in the future and enhance the facilities available.
