This Airbnb boasts an excellent location and offers a wonderfully roomy apartment. There are a few minor tweaks needed, but overall, we were quite pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of the location is a huge plus, along with the ample parking, gym facilities, and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed stunning sunsets each evening.

We had an amazing stay! Grateful we found this gem at the last minute. The location is perfect, with parking available and the host was incredibly accommodating. Everything we needed was just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks and various shops and live music venues. The furnishings show a little wear, especially the couch, but the stunning view from the sliding glass door makes it all worth it. Highly recommend this place for a quick getaway!

This charming guesthouse is a fantastic value in the otherwise pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, as the bed can be arranged as two twins or one king. The location is very convenient, putting you close to all the attractions WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen is a nice feature, equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom has been nicely renovated too and includes thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans that, along with the excellent AC, keep the space comfortable. The closet has plenty of storage thanks to its well-designed racks and hanging bars. Additionally, there is shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is great since there’s also another rental on the property if you need extra space. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns swiftly and positively. All in all, this property met our needs well and we would definitely consider renting from this host again.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay due to an emergency evacuation, but the host was very understanding and promptly refunded my reservation. I appreciate their professionalism and support during this difficult time.
This spacious place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While there were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a good cleaning and some cracked flooring on the main level, it matched the description well and we didn’t encounter any significant problems. I'd definitely consider booking this again.

The property was much further from the convention center than I expected (over 30 minutes walking, 5 minutes by car). The room was quite small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a little table, and unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly. Additionally, there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and the amenities, I found the price to be unreasonable. Thankfully, thanks to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but the cost exceeding $300 seems excessive for what was offered. I hope they consider revising the pricing and adding more amenities in the future.
