The location is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. The building itself shows its age, however. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use some freshening up, and a couple of the furniture pieces are in need of repair. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant and comfortable visit, and the prime location made it worthwhile.

We recently stayed here for a work trip and had an excellent experience. The property was spacious with comfortable, clean beds. The two cottage rooms in the rear provided the perfect additional space, giving everyone their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area, which was beautifully surrounded by trees. We needed to use the nets to keep it clean, but we still enjoyed swimming on sunny days. The sound of the waterfall at night created a lovely, tranquil atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very secure; we even enjoyed evening walks to the nearby Publix. It's conveniently located right by Clematis Street and City Place, offering numerous bars, restaurants, and access to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We would love to return if it's available again in the future.

The host came to our rescue around 10 PM when our previous Airbnb fell through due to it not being clean upon our arrival. We were so thankful for the last-minute check-in at this lovely apartment, and everything was perfect for our stay.
