It's quite cozy, making it perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is conveniently situated close to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and modern countertops and sink. The bathroom is also freshly renovated and has thoughtful features like dimmable lighting. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, combined with efficient air conditioning, keep the space comfortable. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and bars for storage. Plus, there’s a shared washer and dryer, and off-street parking available, which is a real bonus, particularly if you’re traveling with a larger group and need the main house as well. The host was responsive to our inquiries and resolved a couple of small issues promptly and positively. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking again.

The pool was enjoyable, though the heater was not functioning, making it a bit chilly; however, we made the most of the hot tub, which was wonderful! The guest studios near the pool, while cozy, offered a nice sense of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the property has its quirks due to its age, so you might notice some wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't performing well, with the freezer barely cold enough to keep ice from melting. The stairs can be a little tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the main level, it might not be ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, considering the area, the price was reasonable, especially if you're sharing the cost among several families.

We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, planning to grab some lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still on-site and we would need to wait a bit longer. After checking in at 5:49 pm with no updates, we were left in limbo until 7:02 pm when we inquired again. Eventually, we were granted access at approximately 7:45 pm, only to discover ongoing repairs from a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers laying tiles until around 9:30 pm. To our dismay, they had left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen area throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I raised the issue of a partial refund for the delays and inconvenience, but was told that they would need to consult with the owner, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating, and I would hesitate to book again.
The owner was fantastic and very understanding. They helped us out with a last-minute reservation when we had to evacuate due to the hurricane.

This Airbnb was simply outstanding! We spent a month here and relished every moment. The location is ideal—just under a 10-minute drive from the airport with surprisingly no noise, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and a short 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clematis, where we found fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market on Saturdays. We didn't need a car to enjoy the vibrant local scene. The host was fantastic and made everything incredibly straightforward. Whenever we needed assistance, they arranged for help in no time, effectively resolving our issues. The space was cozy, roomy, and equipped with everything we wanted. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to make the situation seamless. They have multiple properties and are extremely reliable and responsive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.

The studio rooms by the pool are compact but offer a good level of privacy if that’s needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there's some expected wear and tear.
