We spent three amazing weeks at this Airbnb and really enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better; this was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we were thrilled we selected this neighborhood. Everything we needed was just a short five-minute drive away, with some places even within walking distance. The area was peaceful and felt secure, surprising us with its proximity to all the attractions. The Airbnb itself is a charming century-old house. The pool and cabana area in the backyard were simply delightful, and the two separate casitas were a wonderful touch for our large group. The host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. A new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, but overall, this is a fantastic spot for groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.
I would give the host five stars based solely on their responsiveness and service, but the unit did have a few issues that impacted our stay. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host resolved it quickly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels seemed a bit worn and could use an upgrade. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.
We had a fantastic stay here for our work trip! The accommodation was spacious, and we appreciated how cozy and tidy the beds were. The two cottage rooms in the back provided the extra privacy we needed, each with its own bathroom which was a big plus. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by trees, so we did have to use the nets to keep it clear, but we enjoyed swimming when the weather was nice. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely touch. The area was very peaceful and gave us a sense of security, and we even strolled to Publix in the evenings. It’s conveniently located near Clematis St and City Place, offering a wide selection of bars and restaurants, plus the beach is just a short distance away. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would love to return if the property is available again in the future.
This property was a fantastic choice for our family gathering. I would definitely recommend it, just be sure to check that the pool has been properly cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned grill day because the pool needed some attention and turned a bit green. However, the issue was quickly handled by the property manager. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our needs. Highly recommended!

The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal for accommodating everyone comfortably, each having its own bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by beautiful trees; we did need to use the nets provided to keep it tidy, but the warm weather made swimming a delight. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool was a lovely feature at night. We appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood, which felt safe and inviting. We even strolled to the nearby Publix during the evenings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future if it's available.

The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable. While we did think the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be more comfortable, this airbnb is still a fantastic option for anyone seeking a prime location in West Palm Beach for larger gatherings.
