This charming guesthouse is a fantastic option in the sometimes pricey West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with the flexibility of a king-sized or twin bed arrangement. The location makes it easy to explore the best of WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom also boasts thoughtful renovations, including a dimmer for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living room feature ceiling fans for additional comfort alongside the efficient air conditioning. I appreciated the well-designed closet that offers ample storage space. Plus, the shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking is a great bonus, especially since there's also a main house available for larger groups. The host was prompt and helpful, addressing a few minor concerns quickly and positively. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! It had ample space for everyone to relax. We did notice a few minor concerns, like the hot tub not being cleaned properly and some cracks in the main floor that need attention. However, everything else matched the description and our experience was enjoyable overall. I would definitely consider booking this property again.
