This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, as the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. The location is wonderfully central, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances, including a stove and fridge, along with a stylish sink and countertop. The bathroom renovations are impressive too, especially with the added dimmer switch for a cozy atmosphere. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, which, combined with the efficient air conditioning, kept the space comfortable. The closet is well-designed, offering ample storage with a clever system of racks and rods. Plus, the shared washer and dryer and off-street parking are definitely convenient features, especially since there’s another short-term rental on the property if needed. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered promptly. All in all, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay at this property was fantastic for a family reunion! It provided an ideal setting for everyone to gather. I highly recommend this place, but do check the pool's cleanliness prior to your arrival. We had to skip our grilling day because the pool needed some attention and had turned a bit murky. The owner was quick to address the issue with the pool service, so everything was sorted out. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. A truly wonderful experience!

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The room was quite small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the amenities and the location, the price was rather excessive. I’m thankful for the 100% refund policy of Airbnb, but paying over $300 felt unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the price is adjusted and that more facilities are added in the future.

Our work trip here was fantastic! The house offered ample room, and we found the beds to be both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back gave us the extra space we craved, along with the convenience of private bathrooms for everyone. The pool area was a lovely bonus; while we had to use the nets occasionally due to the surrounding trees, we still enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather allowed. The gentle sound of the waterfall at night was soothing. The neighborhood felt very safe and tranquil, perfect for evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Additionally, being so close to Clematis St and City Place was a major plus, with an abundance of dining and nightlife options, not to mention the beach! The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would certainly love to return if it's available next time.
