The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just around 5 minutes by car. The room was also on the small side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning, and the kitchen was lacking necessary amenities. Considering the location and facilities, the price seemed unreasonable. I was relieved to receive a full refund of over $300 as per Airbnb's policy, but this amount felt too steep for what was offered. I hope the owner can offer a more competitive rate and enhance the amenities available.

I would give the host five stars based solely on their exceptional service, but there were a few issues with the unit itself. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, and the host quickly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the tubs could use a better clean, and the towels weren't up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to replace them with higher-quality options.
