The location of the property was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I expected, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was smaller than anticipated, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, thanks to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but I believe the cost of over $300 was quite unreasonable for what was offered. I hope future guests see improvements in both pricing and amenities.

This guesthouse is an excellent find amid the pricey short-term rental options in West Palm Beach. It's cozy and perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or friends, as the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is conveniently close to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern sink with countertop. The bathroom has also seen renovations and includes thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. Both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans along with a strong air conditioning unit to keep things comfortable. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage space. Guests have shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient if more space is needed since the main house is also available for rent. The host was quick to respond to our queries and handled a couple of minor issues amicably. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from this host again.
