The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries during our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, and they handled it beautifully! The communication was top-notch, which is so crucial for a successful Airbnb experience. The property matched the description perfectly, though we did encounter an issue with the oven not functioning. The host came by promptly to assess the situation and confirmed it was out of order, but the stovetop worked just fine for our light cooking needs as we were in town for a wedding. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and extra amenities provided by the host — a big thank you to them! We will certainly look for other properties managed by this host in the future.

I would rate the host a solid five stars for their outstanding service. However, there were a few issues with the unit itself that were beyond the host's control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host took swift action to have it repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't of the highest quality. It would be beneficial for the owner to look into replacing them.
