A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. They went above and beyond to assist various guests, especially those looking for last-minute lodging during the busy DWD event. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing my tired legs after long days on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

The place has a fantastic location, but the building does show its age. The host was great with communication throughout our stay. The carpets could use a good cleaning, and we noticed some of the furniture was in need of repair, particularly the peeling leather. Overall, we enjoyed our time there; it's a cozy spot in a prime area, despite a few imperfections.
