Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day since the pool wasn't in the best condition and needed some attention. However, the property manager took quick action to resolve the issue. I did notice that the carpets could use a deep clean, and some of the furniture had seen better days, with a few pieces exhibiting peeling leather. The building is quite impressive, and the host gave me a thorough tour upon my arrival. The condo is roomy, perfect for one or two guests, everything functioned well, and it was spotless.
We had an amazing work trip stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back were ideal for giving everyone their own space and private bathrooms. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, which meant we needed to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we enjoyed swimming whenever we could. The gentle sound of the waterfall at night created a really relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood was serene and felt very safe. We even took walks to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The home's location is fantastic, just a short walk to Clematis Street and City Place, where there are plenty of dining options and nightlife, plus the beach is close by. The property manager was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return in the future if it's available!
