I had to make a sudden work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The owner was extremely helpful and reached out to me right from my arrival at the airport. Although the building is quite expansive, they provided a thorough tour, so I was settled in quickly. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, all the amenities function perfectly, and the cleanliness was impressive.

The host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate us after our last-minute booking due to the hurricane.

We arrived around 1:00 pm and planned to grab a quick bite before our 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, we were informed at 4:00 that it would take longer as the cleaners were still working. After checking in again at 5:49 pm and receiving no response, we reached out again at 7:02 pm for an update and were told to wait. We finally got access at around 7:45 pm, only to discover that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm, which was quite noisy. Additionally, there were a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, left in the kitchen during our stay without any attempt made to remedy the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for the inconvenience of the late check-in and issues we encountered, but was told the host would need to consult the owners, and I never heard back. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
