This place was fantastic! It was cozy and in an ideal spot for exploring the area. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and gym, which I really enjoyed. The host was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely book this place again. Just a heads up, the apartment looked slightly different than in the photos, but it wasn't a big deal at all.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with the flexibility of the bed setup being a bonus. The location couldn't be better—close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops. The bathroom also boasts some nice renovations, complete with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch. There are ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom, alongside excellent air conditioning to keep everything comfortable. The closet space is very well organized with ample storage options. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking, which is a huge plus. The host was very responsive and handled a few minor concerns we had with ease. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking with this host again.

We had a great time staying at this spacious place with our friends for the weekend. While there were a few minor concerns, such as the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level, overall it matched the description perfectly and we didn't encounter any significant problems. I would definitely consider renting it again.

Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but the owner handled it expertly. The property description was spot-on. We did encounter a minor issue with the oven, which the host promptly came to check and confirmed it wasn't functioning, but we made do with the stovetop just fine since we were mainly there for a wedding. I truly appreciated the pleasant interactions with the host and the thoughtful little touches he provided that exceeded our expectations – a massive thank you! I would certainly consider booking again through them in the future.
