Cancellation policy
A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center (over 30 minutes on foot, about 5 minutes by car) and the room itself felt a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and there was no kitchen equipment available. Given the location and amenities, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in line with Airbnb policies, but paying over $300 for this space seems unreasonable. I hope the pricing is reevaluated and more amenities are added in the future.

We had an excellent experience at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently located, and offered ample space for everyone to relax.

We arrived at 1:00 pm and were excited to explore the area after grabbing some lunch. However, when we checked in at 4:00 pm, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working. After several inquiries, we finally gained access around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was extensive work happening on the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and tile cutting continued until late in the evening. Additionally, we found a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen, which was quite off-putting. There was no effort from the host to apologize or address these inconveniences during our stay. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues but was told they would need to discuss it with the owners, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. Overall, we were quite disappointed and unlikely to consider this rental for future trips.
