This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, as the bed can be arranged as two twins or a king. The location is superb, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and is equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom is also updated and features nice little extras like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus a strong air conditioning system, staying cool is a breeze. The closet is well-organized with plenty of storage options. Shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking is an added bonus, especially since the main house is also available for those needing more space. The owner was very responsive and took care of a few minor concerns we had promptly. Overall, this property met our expectations, and I would definitely consider booking again.

I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected emergency situation, but the owner was very understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I really appreciate the kindness and flexibility shown during this stressful time.
