This was a great spacious place for our weekend getaway with friends. While there were a few minor concerns, such as the hot tub being quite unclean and some cracks in the flooring on the main level, everything else matched the description well and we had no major problems. I'd definitely consider booking this property again.

The owner of this place is wonderful! They're incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. I was impressed by their dedication, especially with the last-minute accommodations around DWD. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a delightful bonus, as it helped soothe my tired legs after a long day on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

The location of the rental is quite a bit farther from the convention center than I expected—over a 30-minute walk or a quick five-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, accommodating just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was out of order and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the condition of the facilities, I found the price to be quite excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund due to Airbnb's policies, but spending over $300 on this space felt unjustified. I hope future guests see improvements in pricing and facilities.
