The owner was outstanding and the flat was in excellent condition. It was beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and perfectly organized. My mother spent her time here and enjoyed every moment.

We arrived in the early afternoon, expecting to settle in after grabbing some lunch. Check-in was set for 4:00 PM, but when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, there was no response. By 7:02 PM, we inquired again and were told to wait a little longer. Finally, we got access around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, we discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were laying tile, making noise until about 9:30 PM. To top it off, a toilet and sink were left in the kitchen during our stay, which felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. When I asked about a possible refund for our late check-in and the complications, I was told the host would need to consult with the owner, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I don't plan on renting from them again.
This was a great spacious place for our weekend getaway with friends. We did encounter a few minor problems, like the hot tub wasn't very clean and the flooring on the main level has some cracks that could use attention. However, apart from that, everything was as advertised and we had no significant concerns. I would definitely consider booking this rental again.

Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, the versatile bedding arrangement can be utilized as either twins or a king. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen is newly renovated, equipped with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom also features modern updates and thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lights. With ceiling fans in both the living area and the bedroom, along with great air conditioning, staying comfortable is a breeze. The closet offers ample storage with a clever organization system. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, plus off-street parking that is shared with the main house, which could be ideal for larger groups. The host was responsive and efficiently addressed a couple of small concerns we had. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with this host again.
The property was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal area. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would absolutely book here again. Just a quick note, the appearance of the place varied slightly from the photos, but it was nothing significant.
