This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's very cozy and perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, as the bed can be configured as twins or a king. Its central location makes it easy to enjoy all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen is nicely renovated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops. The bathroom has been updated as well, with nice features like a dimmer switch for ambiance. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area are a great addition, complementing the efficient air conditioning. The closet space is well-designed with plenty of storage options. Plus, having access to a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking is a real convenience. The host was quick to respond and addressed a couple of small issues efficiently. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly and I would definitely consider booking again.

The location of this property is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. However, the building is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a thorough cleaning, and some of the furniture is showing signs of wear, like peeling leather. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time here and found it comfortable. A solid choice overall, but there's definitely room for improvement.
The property is in a fantastic location and feels very secure, which was a big plus for our group getaway. It was spacious enough for all of us, making it ideal for families traveling together. Although the pool was lovely, it was too chilly to use since the heater wasn't functioning. Thankfully, the hot tub provided a nice alternative! The studio units near the pool are cozy and offer a nice sense of privacy if you need it. Keep in mind that the house shows some age, so there's a bit of wear in places. We experienced some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, where the freezer wasn't freezing properly, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, which might be a concern for those with mobility challenges, especially since there’s no bath or shower on that level. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially if you’re sharing costs among several families.
