This charming guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can be configured as either two twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen is nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom has also been refurbished and features thoughtful details like a dimmer for the lights. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans in addition to strong air conditioning, ensuring comfort during your stay. There's plenty of storage available in a well-designed closet. Plus, you'll have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a great bonus (the main house is also available for larger groups). The property manager was quick to respond and took care of any minor issues promptly and professionally. All in all, this place met our expectations, and I would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Our time here for my sister's bachelorette celebration was simply fantastic! The property was more than spacious enough for our party of 13, with an abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone had their own space. Having two separate guest houses really allowed us to enjoy both privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was breathtaking and offered plenty of spots for memorable pictures. Plus, being so close to downtown West Palm Beach was a significant bonus! The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this place for any large gatherings!
