Our stay here was fantastic! The accommodations were spacious and the beds provided a great night's sleep. The two cottage rooms at the back offered additional privacy with their own bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our group. The pool area was lovely and surrounded by trees, so we did have to use the provided nets to keep it clean, but we enjoyed swimming whenever the weather was pleasant. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night added a calming atmosphere. The neighborhood was serene and felt very safe for evening strolls, and we were able to walk to a nearby Publix. Being just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place meant there were countless bars and restaurants to explore, plus the beach was nearby. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return in the future!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! We were fortunate to book it last minute, and it was just what we needed. The apartment offers convenient parking and is managed by a friendly host who made our visit even better. It's also perfectly located within walking distance of everything – just a short stroll to Starbucks, various shops, and vibrant live music venues. While some furniture shows signs of wear, it didn’t detract from our experience at all. The stunning views outside the window definitely made up for it!

The location of this property is fantastic, situated in a very secure neighborhood, making it ideal for families traveling together. We enjoyed the pool area, although the heater wasn’t functioning, which made the water quite chilly. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide a nice sense of privacy if needed. Just a heads up, this is an older home, so you may notice some signs of wear. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t freeze and was more like a fridge, resulting in melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the lower level, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the main level bedroom. Considering the cost, it’s a reasonable option if you’re sharing expenses with other families.

The location of the rental was a bit misleading as it was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was quite small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, which felt excessive at over $300, I expected more in terms of space and facilities. Thankfully, I received a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but I do hope the owner re-evaluates pricing and upgrades the amenities in the future.

Communication is key when booking an Airbnb, and the host excelled in that area. The property matched its description perfectly, although we found that the oven was out of order; the host was quick to visit and confirm that was the case. Fortunately, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't require extensive cooking. We truly valued our exchanges with the host and appreciated the unexpected little touches they provided. A huge thank you to them! I will definitely consider properties they manage in the future.
