Its a cottage, a bungalow. There is dedicated office space, a spacious LR/DR, a large principle bedroom w/a smaller secondary bedroom. There is a great screen porch on the back that runs the entire length of the house. The setting is gorgeous and unique - close to walking and bike paths in a beautiful private neighborhood.
Its a wonderful small tucked away and oh-so-convenient neighborhood - beautiful, safe, and private. The distance to both hospitals is 1-1/2 miles, as is a trip to Trader Joes or Publix grocery store.
