Your room and your bathroom are private to you. The remainder of the apartment is shared with myself; the bedroom is for rent for one person only.The home is close to both major hospitals, all while being in a quiet tree-filled neighborhood. Convenient to all local shopping and many restaurants. All utilities are included in this furnished room and shared apartment, with central heat and air. This is a non-smoking, drug free home and pets are not allowed. There is public transportation that serves both hospitals, as well as bike lanes.
