Private home in lovely, safe and well established neighborhood. Walking here is wonderful as it is mostly level and the hills are good for cardiac workout but not strenuous at all. We have a neighborhood association that is awesome and we take care of each other. The house is three bedrooms and two full baths. Brick on the outside with a fenced in yard and deck on the back. The fully furnished bedroom has a TV and a newly renovated on suite bath with a walk in shower. There are storage drawers to keep a your personal items in the bathroom. Driveway and street parking. Kitchen is large enough for two to cook and dining is in the kitchen area. Fully furnished den and separate living room. Entire house is available for tenants use and I am a quiet respectful housemate. Kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry is in the garage. No smoking or excessive drinking is permitted. Everything is provided for tenant to clean up after themself in the shared space and private space. No cleaning service is employed until the tenant vacates. Central heat and air all vinyl plank flooring. I have a rescued mixed breed small dog. I sometimes do dog sitting for small senior dogs.
