Beautiful newly built Guest House in the rear of our Garden Home. Gated, private with parking on the property. This private unit has a great view of the fenced yard with its own deck, table, chairs and umbrella plus seating in the yard if you like outdoor living. Beautifully furnished for comfort but check out the photos yourself. Your utility bill is $150 per month, owner pays the rest, but WIFI is included.
